I am a circular economy researcher and consultant based in Taiwan. I provide expert services to both public and private sectors, focusing on circular transition, net-zero policy planning, local government decarbonization, and multilateral climate negotiations (e.g., COP, ICLEI).
As a Climate & Culture Communicator, I work across NGOs, writing, and the cultural sector to make climate issues more accessible. My experience spans climate advocacy, freelance writing, grassroots engagement, and recent work in climate-focused exhibitions and sustainable museum practices.
I hold dual master’s degrees in geography from University College London and plant biology from National Taiwan University. I was awarded a Chevening Scholarship by the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office for my academic excellence and commitment to tackling environmental challenges.
